The 9th Promoting East Asia Latin America Exchange Through Cultural Festival
- Since 2003, Viet Nam introduced the project “East Asia – Latin America Cultural Exchange in Hue Festival - an event held every two years in the ancient capital of Hue. - During the 9th edition of Hue festival, April 29th to May 4th, 2016 (6th Promoting East Asia Latin America Culture Exchange), the Street performances entitled “Heritage and Cultural Colors of East Asia and Latin America” attired an active participation of FEALAC member countries.

Network of Cultural Cities (The First Meeting)
The objective of the First Meeting of the Project “FEALAC Network of Cultural Cities” held in Viet Nam was to enhance cooperation among FEALAC members at local level in in various fields including: culture, sport, tourism and sustainable development, promote exchanges and mutual understanding among people in member countries.

FEALAC Network of Cultural Cities
Date: To be confirmed The Project “FEALAC Network of cultural cities” will be implemented through the organization of Annual Meetings of the Provincial Leaders/Mayors and many side events such as seminars, conferences and exhibitions, festivals etc., with a view to enhancing exchanges, experience sharing and cooperation between localities nominated from the FEALAC member countries on topics related to: (i) conservation, development and promotion of cultural, historic and human values; (ii) planning and development of cities; (iii) sustainable development of cities.
