The International Conference on "East Asia-Latin America Research Partners Dialogue" is proposed by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and aimed at strengthening dialogues between East Asia and Latin America Research Partners and providing intellectual support for the FEALAC. |

| Activity Description & Outcome | On June 12th, the 4th International Conference on "East Asia-Latin America Research Partner Dialogue" was successfully held in Wuhan. Nearly 100 people from 14 countries in East Asia and Latin America participated in the conference through online and offline means.Experts and scholars discussed the theme of "High Quality Partnership: Development and Mutual Learning in East Asia and Latin America", and shared experiences on sustainable development, modernization, regional economic integration, digital infrastructure, energy resources, and food security. They believed that the vast majority of developing countries in East Asia and Latin America region are generally facing the most urgent challenges in the global development field, and called on all countries to adhere to an open policy and strengthen communication and mutual learning. | |
