| Project Purpose & Description | China-LAC Business Summit aims to focus on key issues facing China-LAC business circles in light of broader international economic & trade development trends. Speakers including political leaders, experts, representatives from international organizations and financial institutions, together with entrepreneurs from China and LAC countries, are invited to discuss on China-LAC trade & investment policies and market opportunities. Besides, under the umbrella of the summit, there are also China-LAC City Economic Cooperation Forum, Roundtable Meeting of China-LAC Trade Promotion Organizations, China-LAC Financial Roundtable Meeting, business matchmaking meetings, and LAC National & Regional Exhibitions. | |
| Activity Description & Outcome |
China-LAC Business Summit celebrated its 9th edition in Mexico with the theme of ¨New Trends-Big Opportunities: Moving forward together¨. There were specialized top-level speakers and the participation of more than 700 companies from China, Latin America and the Caribbean. The realization of this Summit is jointly promoted by ProMéxico and CCPIT. This edition was comprised of conferences, panel sessions, business meetings, thematic forums, business consulting, product showcasing among other interesting mechanisms that promoted the development of business, taking full advantage of the opportunities offered by the participating countries. |
