Project Purposes: The Friendly Meeting is organized to strengthen informal networking and interregional cooperation among FEALAC member states, in line with the Ulaanbaatar Declaration, with a focus on people-to-people ties, economic cooperation, sustainable development, and women’s empowerment.

Activity Description: The Embassy of Mongolia to Canada, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Dominican Republic to Canada, which jointly serve as Regional Coordinators of the Forum for East Asia–Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC), organized an informal networking meeting for Heads of Diplomatic Missions of 25 FEALAC member states on 10 December 2025 at the Embassy of Mongolia in Ottawa. The meeting provided a platform for open discussion on current regional and global challenges, FEALAC’s evolving role, and practical avenues for enhancing interregional collaboration.
