 Venue: Alto de La Viña hotel, San Salvador de Jujuy, Jujuy, Argentina
 Participants: Mayors and Governors of medium-sized provinces/cities. Each country may send representatives of up to three cities.
 Registration: Participants are requested to confirm their registration before 15 June 2018 by sending the relevant registration form.
