The parties will seek to carry out the "SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LANGUAGE ASSISTANTS Program ", to promote cultural and educational exchange of Spanish and Korean language assistants between the Argentine Republic and the Republic of Korea , as well as promote their respective cultures and the quality of foreign language teaching. |
