II. Executive Summary
| Project Purposes | Seminar for Young Cadres of Latin America and the Caribbean is a mechanism established in 2010. Seven sessions have taken place since then. |

| Outcomes | Twenty young cadres from 5 Latin American countries ( Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico) participated in the event. Through the seminar the participants could have better understanding about China, the Chinese Communist Party, the Chinese dream, China-Latin America cooperation and young entrepreneurs in China. |
| Next Steps | The 8th seminar will be celebrated in April 2017. |
