We shall make effort to lead these journalists and media to take a comprehensive and objective view on China. Mr. Liu Hongcai, then Vice Minister of the International Department of CPC, met the delegates, and Experts from CCTB and NDRC introduced socialism with Chinese characteristics. The delegates inspected local economic situation in Zhejiang Province and Shanghai. |

The delegates admire the development achievements China has made and have got a deeper understanding of China. The renowned journalists published articles on local famous newspaper to praise China's economic achievements after they returned back, promoting mutual understanding between Chinese and Latin American people. |
